I have created a personal grocery list for the Indian ladies out there, click save the image and take a printout, please leave your comments if you find it useful and as you download.

In addition to this you can use google documents to create a expense book which we find it to be very useful to track all our fixed and variable expenses.

ya that seems to be a good idea, instead of doing the expense record in excel , the doc would be even more better..
